The Titleist Performance Institute is the model behind this Golf Fitness Program.  Dr. Greg Rose & Dave Phillips co-founded the state-of-the-art TPI fitness facility in Oceanside, CA that many touring professionals call home for overall physical improvement and swing analysis.  The TPI team has conducted thousands of studies determining how joint limitations and muscle weaknesses in the body can inhibit an effiicient golf swing.  From their findings, they have developed a precise overall physical screen that has proved true for every golfer from the touring pro to the beginner.

This state-of-the-art fitness program will be specific to your individual strengths and

Kinematic Sequence

In order to maximize your power, you must sequence your movements in the proper order.  


The order of events are Pelvis (Hips), Thorax (Upper Body), Arms,  and Club.  The rotational speed for these parts will peak and then start to decrease.  You will notice the peak of these events (colored dots on the graph) have to happen in the proper order.
